Notice of Adjusted Utility Rates
Effective July 1, 2025- Customers will see an increase in the following rates on their bills:
$5 increase on Collection Fees from $75 to $80. *This fee is for customers who don’t pay their balance before the cutoff
10% increase on all Water & Sewer users *Some of these rates haven’t been increased since 2012.
10% increase for Single and Non-Single Family Residential Stormwater fees
10% increase for Natural Gas Distribution Charges
10% increase on all Solid Waste Collection & Disposal fees
Pay by Phone- To Pay a Utility Bill by phone call 833-262-5907
Cutoffs- If you are making a payment due to cut off please call the office to have service turned back on- (912) 764-5468.
Transaction Fee- There is a 3% charge on all Credit Card transactions. Other payment options include cash, check, and bank draft.
